Important:

  • Any estimate you receive is typically based on the information available at the time (photos, measurements, site visit, visible conditions).

  • A binding price, scope, and schedule generally requires a written quote/estimate and (where applicable) a signed agreement.

  • If site conditions differ from what was reasonably visible (e.g., hidden water damage, rot, mold, structural issues, plumbing/electrical problems), the scope and price may change through a written change order.

Nothing on this Site creates a contractor-client relationship or an obligation for us to accept a job.

If you contact us for an estimate or service, you agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge (address, scope, access constraints, known issues). Delays caused by missing info, late selections, or restricted access may affect scheduling and timeline.

The Site may include third-party links or embedded tools (e.g., maps, social media). We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

 

8) Intellectual property

If we want to use your project photos publicly (website/social media/portfolio), we will seek your consent (for example, text/email approval) unless the content is non-identifying and you have already clearly permitted use.

This section does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13) Consumer protection and mandatory rights
